One month ago I had unprotected vaginal intercourse with a woman. It was our only sexual encounter. Later that same week, I went through some extremely strenuous exercise routines that left me extremely dehydrated and bedridden for one day. My urine was orange.

I now have a burning feeling during urination and an itching/burning sensation near the tip of my penis. No discharge. Is this more likely to be chlamydia or a regular UTI?
