Folks,
Does anyone know the link between BP and pulse rate? My pulse is normally 65-75 resting, and I suffer from cuff anxiety. My pulse when I take my BP is NEVER the normal resting rate. I took it today and the BP was 145/80, pulse 115! I took it 20 minutes later and it was 134/76, pulse 108.
I guess I am trying to see if there is a point connection betwee pulse and BP (anxiety makes both mine go up). I wonder also what the odds are with a "real" pulse of 65-75 that my BP at least might be lower too?
I know some people have posted on pulse rates and BP here but the connection seems all over the place.

I beleive your pulse rate could be high whn you take your blood pressure under stress or worrying about it when you take it
