i started like a week ago! it's amazing ima go again in like 3 hours afta i do my homework! yesterday i went there and worked out for 6 hours! i did a lot of aerobic classes like body jam, body combat, and step1, 2! it's reaaaally kool and of the fitness equipment i luvv the crosstrainer! it's amazing, and i luv doin spinning, i try to go every day, but sometimes im just really busy! but welllllll today im goin..

Congrats! Isn't going to the gym so much fun? I find that I feel so much beter after I had a good workout.
Just make sure that you are not over doing yourself. The last thing you want to do is overwork your muscles and cause an injury. Also, it's probably not a good idea to workout for 6 hours in a day...especially if that 6 hours involves like 4 hours of cardio and 2 hours of weight lifting (or whatever). For example, when I go to the gym I do 45 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of stretching, and then 30-45 minutes of weight lifting. I'm usually never in the gym for longer than two hours.
Oh and I agree about the spinning classes. They are sooo awsome. I get such a geat workout from them.
