I started on Weight Watchers almost a month ago. The last time I weighed myself I lost about 6 lbs. Recently I have noticed that I am very rarely hungry and have to force myself to eat. I am only allowed 22 points a day (which is almost the minimum if you are not familiar w WW). Is this common when dieting? I have never been "not hungry" before. Also I don't want to starve my body of these calories/points because I have heard that can deter weight loss.
