I had a nasty fall a few years back off a low balcony adn hit my head. I was not unconcious nor dod i think i had concussion. Just a sore head and went abot my day. Since then I ahve noticed that I walk into things, am clumsier then before and I have trouble remembering things straight off the bat. I also seem to say things without thinking (stupid things) and since then ahve started to suffer from pannic attacks.

Perhaps I bruised my brain when I fell. I did hit the back of my head pretty hard.

The symptoms you are talking about could be related to many many things.
It could even be a hormonal problem - thyroid, menopause/peri-menopause -- or who knows what.....maybe even just a vitamin deficiency of some sort.

Clearly you are concerned about this and upset - why not make an appt with the dr and have a complete check up? You can get to the root of your trouble and feel better simply by taking some action to help yourself. Panic sensations feel nasty - getting some information about your situation could well help get rid of them.

Good luck.
