I work out. I eat right. I am not working towards a particular goal. Gains are not realized as easily as in the past. I am bored.

Anyone doing something with their routine that might lend ideas to re-motivate me?

Hi. What are you bored with? the working out or all of it in general?

I think its working out in general.

I used to set goals such as bench pressing a certain amount by a certain date, or running a faster mile by a certain date.

Now I think I need a different way to motivate myself and simply haven't found it.
