I'm a female and just recently have symptoms of IBS...i guess since the birth of my second son...I was just wondering my IBS has been really bad for the past 3 weeks and i feel very bloaty and gassy...but i'm also getting lots of skipped beats, heart goes in another rhythm (races) for a min. weird heart sensations especially when i'm really bloaty and gassy.... and i'm also getting a pins and needle sensation in my upper stomach...i'm really depressed over this...i can't sleep or eat or enjoy life...i'm scared to eat anything in fear my heart will act up again...please does anyone with IBS experience this?

My wife has simliar issues. The doctor decided it was imbalance of bacteria/yeast/virsues in the gut. So she is taking probiotics (Ulta Flora), enzymes (Spectrazyme) and Vitamin C , (all from Metagenics) , with each meal.
Its helped tremendously. Whenever an imbalance occurs, your intestines go wild, and viruses can invade, or bad bacteria, or both in her case. Good luck hope this helps.
