i was wondering, exactly which muscles are most important for arm-wrestling?

from the movement, i'm guessing it's a split between triceps and biceps, and also a little bit forearm? what do u guys think?

If you want to work your grip go to ironmind.com and buy a captain of crush thingy. They are awsome , and kill your hand. They improve your grip so well if you work with them it is insane. Just make sure you take time off so your hand can rebuild. I love the things and they are very addictive.
