Can anyone suggest what can be done for someone diagnosed with BP II that is spiraling to an "episode"? Is there any OTC med that can be taken?

As far as i know there aren't any meds over the counter that can be taken to counter a coming episode. Call your pdoc asap. Or hopefully another member who is much more advised about this might know of something possibly in the natural remedy section that might be helpful.
