I was looking on another ''site'' this morning and read this about 10 foods tough to digest, I found this interesting.

1. Deep Batterd chicken nuggets/ (Deep battered anything!)
2. Hot Peppers
3. chocolate browine al-mode
4. Any type of acid drinks orande /juice lemon aide
5. Mashed Patatoes
6. Raw Onion
7. Broccoli & Cabbage
8. Ice Cream....:confused:
9. Beans
10. Sugar-Free Gum.

There are exceptions to these type foods ,how there prepared ect,,ect,, how much you eat.
I just thought this was kinda interesting.

that's interesting. I need to stop eating chicken nuggets at mcdonalds. Hot peppers I'm new to. Orange juice I'm a fan of :mad: . Like eating broccoli and ice cream. Beans is where I get my fiber from lol.

lol yeah really...
I read that over in MSN health and beauty.
I think what they meant about the sugar-less gum/(and some of the others) when you swallow the juice the stuff in the gum goes through the stomach creating a certain kind of acid and prolongs the digestive system.
just the oppsite of what I was thinking.
I was suprised about this too

I saw that list a while ago too. They include the sugarless gum because of the fake sugars that can cause bloating/upset stomach.

I'm surprised they didn't include nuts on the list. I LOVE eating them, but they hurt my stomach!

And I agree with Lenin...the list seems a little ridiculous.
