:dizzy: Hello all, I am almost currently done weaning off Zoloft all together and about 12.5 seroquel left (used for sleep). I am using something else for chronic insomnia. My ex left me last year and I lost a lot of weight and then it packed on quickly. I attribute it to the anti-d and seroquel combo. Feeling much better and alive but upset with the weight gain. I eat healthfully, run around after my 4 year special needs daughter, take stairs, mow the lawn and such. I need more exercise I realize. However, my questions is, has anyone lost weight after going off meds. Or has my metabolism been wrecked taking the pres-meds? Any thoughts. I take mega vitamins, a banana a day, and fish oil. Maybe I am just too old. Darn:dizzy: :jester:

I wish there was a metabolism booster out there. I was breifly pu on Wellbutrin and it put my heart into panic mode with hypertension. Bad stuff for me. My heart was racing and palpitating all the time. I have to limit my caffeinne consumption too.

I will eat just about anything--healthful too.

Thanks,
Kim
