I have these little holes above my anus that really hurt sometimes when I go to the bathroom(#2). It feels as if it's stretching out and sometimes it bleeds. When I spread apart my butt it feels as if it's tearing and it really hurts. Sometimes I'll touch it and it itches alot. I don't know if it's hemroids because doesn't that usually come with large polyps? Mine are just like 2 little holes, kind of like my skin is fissuring.

It's getting really annoying. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I'd go to the doctor and get things checked out.
