Well a few weeks ago i started getting a weird pain on the back left of my head about 1 inch above and behind the ear going down that bone .. would come on sharp last a few seconds made worse when standing etc would pulsate for abit then go away.. sometimes would cause a migraine without the throbbing on my left hand side..

i had an mri last week for my migraines i been getting on the right side of my head around my eye.. all came back clear except my sinuses are a little foggy!! (migraines are not that bad)

my blood pressure is normal, my heart rate is normal.. and my mri was normal.. what could this be? its making me worried not knowing..

I will also mention i think i may have tmj when i sretch my jaw wide both sides of my skull and my neck hurt a little? and it contsantly clicks.
