You sound like your body is at an ideal weight. Why do you wanna lose more? I weigh 6lbs more then you and I am 2 inches shorter. I bet you look great...plus the exercising is probably toning your body very well!! Keep up the good work :)!

If you don't mind me asking... are you hypo or hyper?? Also what's your diet like...food intake wise versus calories??
I myself am trying to lose a few more pounds I just lost 20 since January and I'd like to lose another 20 if possible lol I think my bone structure is a little to square to do it but I will try. I'd be happy with atleast another 10 though!!

wow thats great that you've already lost 20 pounds. do u have hypo or hyper?
i have hypo thyroid and ive had it since i was pregnant.
in the morning i eat fibre one cereal with skim milk and a fruit ie banana, apple, orange or grapes.
snack i will have a 100 calorie snack or yogurt
lunch i will have a salad with nuts, goat cheese, cucumber, tomatoes with balsamic vinegar or a sandwich.
another 100 calorie snack, fruit, yogurt, nuts etc..
and for dinner i will have chicken/fish/or lean pork with a salad and brown rice or something else thats really healthy.
i change my options everyday so i dont get bored. at least once a week i will treat myself to something good!!!!

I had hyper for a while but for some reason everything is back on track now. Everything was all whacked out with my blood work for awhile then finally one days it was all back to normal and has been since. My father has hypo as well and constantly has problems with his weight if he isn't working out every day.
You eat very healthy too!!! Maybe just try cutting back a little on your calorie intake? Your food choices are very good!!!

I was also recently diagnosed hypo and have been on 50 mcgs for 3 weeks now. I havent lost anything, but then again I havent really been trying! I do notice though, I tend to lose a few pounds when I eat more. Then on days when I eat less, i will go up like 2 pounds overnight. I think for us, it is important to eat more food throughout the day to boost our metabolism, of course sticking with healthy options. It seems like you are on the right track! The medicine is supposed to take several weeks before any noticeable difference, so we just have to be patient!

I am hypo with Hashimotos and have been on .100 for about a year. It took at least 6 months just to get my levels high enough to be able to work out. It doesn't sound like you were that bad, so I'm not sure it will take as long. I'm still trying to lose some of the weight I gained. Just be patient. It's more important to make sure your levels are normal right now than to lose weight.
