My doctor said that my upper neck under my chin was swollen. What are the signs of lymp node cancer? Do you have to lose alot of weight to have cancer?

I'm sorry that you are dealing with this "maybe" diagnosis. Unfortunately lymphoma may show no symptoms for a while. My symptoms were lumps in my neck, nights sweats, and just general things wrong with my immune system. I didn't lose weight at first but after chemo the pounds came off real fast.
