Hello! I was wondering if stretch marks ever go away!!! I have them because of the weight i have gained... and I hate it!! They are on my inner thighs and my sides, they are like reddish... yuck! Will these ever go away!! :confused: Please help! Its very embarrasing!!! Thanks!!!

I'm sorry to say, but I don't think they go away permanently. I've heard you can rub creams on them to make them lighter. I think it was Vitamin E oil or cocoa butter. I have the same problem as you and it is embarrassing so I feel your pain. I also started tanning and it seems to make them a little lighter and less noticable. I think the only real way to get rid of them is surgery. Best wishes!

Stretch marks will fade over time, but will never really "go away". I agree that tanning helps make them appear less visible, but I use tanning lotion so that I don't expose myself to the risks of the sun.

I have stretch marks, too. The ones on my thighs are from a long time ago, and eventually faded to white. Once they're at that point there's nothing you can do.
