I tried Calms Forte and it did not work for me. It may be effective for you but it did nothing for me. I'm told that different chemicals or in this case natural remedies may work different on different people. On the other hand I tried something called Sleep Fizz(natural remedy) and it worked a little better for me than the calms Forte.
