I have recently acquired a toenail that is puffy and white. I have cut this nail off and it seems to be somewhat layered. The nail doesn't seem to grow as fast as the others but has grown back the same way a couple of times now. Is this a fungus and can it transfer to other toenails as well?
How do I get it back to normal?
