I am bp and add hd . I am on lithium 900mg efeexor 150 mg focalin 10 mg and seroquel at night for sleep. This depression has moved onto me. i try so hard to fight it. i feel like a failure. Please tell me you who have more of the depression side how to fight this.

I am on the depressed side of Bipolar and there is no easy way to deal. I do know that therapy (especially group) gives me coping skills to everyday life. It is difficult to live a normal life when I would rather be dead, but I just put on foot in front of the other and try and reach out as much as possible.

I don't think it will every be an easy road and it will be hard for others who don't suffer to understand. I hope that one day I can be happy, just to be alive.
