Does anyone know if dropping 5 GFR points in a 6 week period is not good?

It depends on the numbers. If it is still in the normal range, then it's not a big deal because the percentage drop is small. If your gfr is already quite low, then the drop may be significant.

My GFR dropped from 56 to 51. Any ideas? Thanks so much!
