ya i just want to know what u guys think is the best bicep exercise for the upper part of the bicep. cause right now the upper part of my bicep is alot smaller than the bottom part and sometimes when i flex it looks pointy instead of round. is this they way it's supposed 2 look like at the begining or am i missing something?

I'm not sure exactly what you're describing. Maybe try incline curls. Make sure you're using full range of motion.

it probably just comes in that way. are you saying they kindof look like roy jones jr's biceps? That's some good punching power!

i doubt it's from lack of stimulus. if you're worried about not putting tension under the full range of motion, try some cable bicep routines. otherwise, just make sure your FOREARMS are FLEXED throughout the range. Preacher curls, and barbel curls should get whatever shape you need out of your biceps.
