Alright, I've developed what I fear may be a nasty little habit. I've been told I need to leave my workout at the gym, and not stress out about it at home. Since I've switched to a 4 day split I've only been working my biceps on Mondays and Fridays. Today, I did a bicep workout, and a few hours later, I felt like I could do some more so I did a few more sets at home.
Is this bad, or is the three days in between enough to counteract the more than likely excessive regimen I've been subjecting 'the guys' to?

I was with you until you made the "guys" comment. If you even think about naming any of your muscles I'd say that's a pretty good indication that you're in too deep. I'm sure you were joking, at least I hope so.
Working one muscle group twice a week is good enough in my opinion. Just cause your muscles feel like you can lift again doesn't mean you should do it. I've occasionally felt like I could fly but I resisted the urge.

Yes, I was joking, thank goodness. Now I know why I only got one response. Thanks. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/wink.gif

Try doing more sets of what you do, or more reps in each of your sets. I tend to do my workouts in stages of 3 excercises, doing 3-4 sets of each excercise as a circuit, don't rest between each excercise, than after you complete 1 set of each, you take a 1-2 min break. Continue that 2-3 more times, and you will feel like your getting a much better workout (It works for me at least).
