I would get a body fat percentage test. Your body composition might have changed since HS (tho prolly not by much). Conventionally, from your BMI (body mass index), you're not fat http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif.

Good work with the running, keep it up http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/t_up.gif .

I gained a little weight on orthotricyclen, but less than with other pills, and some of it was just water. Anything that dorks with your hormones has a high potential to affect your weight, but a couple of pounds of water or fat does *not* make you "huge". I agree with lungbuster though. Get a bf% test. Based on your stats, you are *not* fat in the general sense, but it's up to personal perception, obviously. Don't put too much faith in the scale as long as you are active and probably building and maintaining some good, lean muscle mass. That's the *good* weight. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gifDon't sweat a couple pounds, though. Weight can fluctuate a couple pounds even from morning to night (and it's not from fat).

5'5" and 123lbs sounds pretty slim to me and you're obviously fairly fit if you're doing all that exercise. Plus it's actually quite normal to put on a bit of weight in your late teens and early 20s - people are still 'filling out' at that age, Just concentrate on the running and eating healthy without starving yourself ...

right...if you have alot of muscle 123 is not alot at all...I am 5'2" and weighed 125 at one time but I had alot of muscle so I still looked very small...
I know there are girls that are 5'10" and 110 ......
some people are just naturally thin like that....
but when there is no muscle...it looks bad....
just my opinion
