I am doing full body workouts for conditioning, 3-days per week, and cardio (55mins/jogging) twice per week trying to get myself in shape. Any ideas on what I should take in regards to a multi-vite, as well as any other vitamin suppliments? I am 27, 5'8-1/2 169lbs. -Chris
