I'm a little unsure about losing body fat. I used to do soo many crunches and then I found out that it was useless unless I lost body fat. I've started to work on improving my diet, I eat SOO many fruits. I'm gonna start running on the treadmill next week. Have I covered all the bases or have I left something out. I'm not fat by any means and I lift weighs Mon-Fri.

Diet is the primary factor in losing fat. Get at least 1g lean protein per pound body weight, keep carbs complex (some fruit is ok, but veggies and whole grains should be your primary carb sources) and fats unsaturated. A calorie deficit is the biggest consideration, but content will make a significant difference on how fast you lose *fat* and maintain lean muscle. Cardio and resistance training are also very important, but it shounds like you have your workout in check.
