i want to get abs and i wanted to know 4 the people who do have abs........what's your routine and how many days a week you do it, and how long it took for it to pop out???...please let my know http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

when i got my abs for this summer, i just cut back on my calories a bunch, then did alot of cardio. i was also training for soccer this fal so that helped. i usually ran about 3-5 miles, then went and lifted for an hour or two, then did another half hour of cardio on a bike or step climber. i also did alot of crunches and used an obleke machine that was in my gym. i have a high metabolism so it only took about three weeks for them to come out. hope this helps
