i currently using vitargo cgl and am just finishing up the loading stage. i also have a whey protein mix that i plan to take. but i can only take one at a time, or i get sick. which one would be better to take right after i work out, then what time would be the best for the oter supplement. i have to wait at least 1/ our to an hour inbetween supplements. thanks

protein is what you want after a workout with some carbs.

i think it's just too much liquid in my stomach, or the taste of it. it is orange, which i am not a big fan of. i dont think it's the creatine itself though.

If it's the liquid, you could have a problem with many supplements. Creatine is usually side effect free, but it can cause bloating. If it's the culprit, now that you're done loading, you should see an improvement.
Your best bet is probably a mix of pure creatine, pure glutamine, and a more balanced shake that combines both protein and carbs (or a regular protein shake and some carb food like oatmeal, a banana, or some whole wheat toast). You should be able to find most of them in chocolate, and some of them taste surprisingly good.

htanks, i usually use about 20 ounces of water, maybe a little more and chug it down real fast to minimize the taste, which is mst likely the problem. i bought 5 plus 1 whey protein from HDT and tried it today. it's not too bad so i will stick with it or a while anyway. thanks for your help.

You actually want a lot of carbs post workout, with a moderate amount of protein. Some of these carbs should be from simple sugars. The reason for this is you want you're insulin level to spike up. Insulin is the most anabolic hormone your body produces.
