Hello

FOr the past few years ive had the feeling good handbook by david burds its a great book but its so THICK! Its so hard to use for referance I read it once and dont remember anything after reading it. ALso its so hard and stressful going threw that many pages.

I was wondering are there any other more SIMPLE simple books on cbt designed for people who are depressed and suffering to read? I think this would go a lot easier if i was not falling asleep reading a 1000 page book. What other books do u guys reccomend? I have also read the anxiety phobia workbook a long time ago i didnt fidn it as helpful as david burns book. BUt im looking for something more simple, more easy read. Anyone know of any? Good for depression as well as anxeity and just personal issues? please let me know. Thanks

i'm using cbt for dummies, which is just over 300 pages. i think it's pretty easy straight forward for understanding, filled with forms and paperwork. and i find it useful too, at least for me
