SOS!SOS!!!!!

Now, the patient is still in coma, any help will be pleased!

The details is as following:

This patient is 51 years old, female. She was brought to hospital about six days ago (June 10, 2007) because of traffic injury. When she was brought to hospital, she was edema. CT showed: SAH, right frotal-temporal subdural hematoma. Hematoma was removed by operation. After operation, she was still deeply edema and had no self-breath. Now her breath is supported by ventilation machine. Bp is supported by medicine. GCS is 3’ and bilateral pupil is enlarged to the margin. Renal function is failed.

Any suggestion will be appreciated! Thank you all in advance.
