This may be nothing at all, but, from time to time I get this dull ache on my left side around the vaginal area. I noticed that when I push on the bone on the left side, that it is where my dull ache is from. I thought it was something from a kidney stone surgery but, now I am thinking that its just on that bony area. Has anyone else experienced this? It's not all the time just now and then.:wave:

You have tendons and muscles on each side in that area. I have to massage them weekly or I get bad cramps. I'm working on strengthening them with the machines at my gym. Mine are REALLY weak even. My legs are strongs but in that area I just can't seem to get them stronger.

I hope we are talking about the same area. Maybe it's the pubic bone, around that area on the left side. In fact, sometimes when I walk, I can feel a dull pain in the back of my leg in a small area though, not all the way down. But, I can feel too when I walk in that boney area I was talking about. I don't know does any of this make any sense to you? Hard to describe but maybe we are talking about the same thing. I wonder if it comes from my back.
