Before jumping on the mineral makeup bandwagon they discontinued my Almay Clear complexion foundation compact and I couldnt find anything but their stupid powder foundation which I will never ever try no matter what brand...anyways I never noticed they still had a compact creme makeup but is just from the Line Smoothing line. I decided to give it a shot and I love it even more than the clear complexion one I used to have! Its kind of cool and wet feeling when it goes on and also finishes slightly matte! My skin does not get oilier than when it does when I wear no foundation at all and the lightest color did not make me look ghostly. I actually started to use my foundation brush to put it on because I want to prolong the sponge and it works just a good. Its supposed to be moisturizing and also has some other great ingredients that I cant remember what they are at this time.

Just wanted to let anyone who's searching for a new HG foundation to give this one a try! (especially if your as sick of mineral makeup as me) It feels very nice on your skin, no dryness, no itchiness, no nothing!

Does it cover up Acne scars and any imperfections???
If it makes your skin look flawless I definitely want to look into this.

I dont know if it covers up scars but then again Im not really sure what you mean when youre talking about scars...do you mean indentations in the skin? But using it with a concealer brush you can definately use it as a concealer as well on red marks, although after putting on the base part you already get considerably good coverage on the red parts, so much that you only really need to conceal the really dark ones. But thats the same you would do with any foundation unless it was some really heavy duty thick stuff.

Oh I forgot to mention it does help I think with making my pores appear smaller (moreso with the sponge than the foundation brush though). I guess the amount of coverage depends on how you apply it and how much you apply....I myself am not big on getting every little flaw but if I wanted to with this make I think I could because its buildable coverage =)

Oh yeah and its got spf 15, and the beneficial ingredients is cucumber extract, aloe, grape seed extract, panax ginseng extract, ginko biloba extract, camellia sinensis leaf extract, pomegranite extract (??), riboflavin. caffeine, algae extract (??), Aspalathus Linearis leaf extract (Rooibos tea), and there may be a few more beneficial ones that I couldnt figure out what they are
