:D Hey guys, i am going to the doctor on the 22nd of this month (Friday) to get a blood pregnancy test as i have taken two HPT and gotten BFN (granted i took them early because i am not due for AF until the 26th of this month).:blob_fire
has anyone take a blood test before.:dizzy: This will be my first:confused:
Can they tell you instantly if your PG or not or do you have to wait and then call up for the results?:dizzy:
The reason i am going is that i have been experiencing the sorest boobs ever, especially my nippels. i have also been have frequent cramps in my lower abdomen, short bursts of head aches, a lot of back pain, gas (sorry if TMI), heart burn, thirst and occiasionally constipation (sorry again).
Any advice on this blood test would be great.

The blood test is known as beta and measures the amount of HCG in your blood . HCG is released by the embryo once implantation occurs. IT is thus very important not to have the blood test done before 7 to 10 dpo because the results will not be accurate.
The result will not be given to you immediately . You normally have to wait a few hrs. It depends on how busy the labs are.
Wishing you the best of luck.
