Hi Ladies..
I'm really scared as to what is going on with me..It's a long story..first off I'm 27 and I have a 3 year old child..got pregnant with him without any problems..my husband and I have been trying to get preg again for about a year..I also have an underactive thyroid and slightly high blood pressure..ok so this is what is going on for the past week i've been having bad pains in my pelvic area..my periods are normal and I had a period may 16..my husband and I tried to concieve during my ovulation times..on june 4 I get another period which was weird b/c it was 2 weeks early..I thought maybe it was implantational bleeding..that lasted 2 days followed by a week of spotting and brown spotting..I took 3 pregnancy tests over the past 2 weeks and they were all negative..I wasn't too worried about the spotting untill I started to have cramps and now it feels like my uterus is on fire..a few nights ago I was stretching in my sleep and woke up b/c I had a terrible pain in my pelvic area..It felt like a charlie horse or it felt like something was ripping off my uterus..and there hasn't been any spotting since that happened there isn't any burning when I pee like for a uti and no change in bowel movements..
I have never experienced anything like this before..my worst fear is ovarian cancer or something like that..does anyone have any idea what this could be? I'm seeing my doctor tomorrow for an ultrasound and urine test but my doctor is out of town so I have to wait till next week for results..it is going to be a long few days for me..thanks for the help

Could be a cyst on the ovaries or fibroids in the uterus. Cysts on the ovaries can burst and cause quite alot of pain.

so it was a ruptured cyst..I had blood drawn today to see if I have PCOS..Ill find out in a few days if it is. since we are ttc this could explain why we haven't been able to get pregnant again..anyone have pcos? my doctor told me I can try clomid later once we know more about what is going on
