i have a tight and short frenulum and tight foreskin and i wanted to know if anyone could help me loosen them without having to go to the doctors

Read and study the "sticky" at the top of this topic!!!!

You really can stretch the foreskin to make it loose. I've done some stretching and it works - though I do have a way to go. I second reading the sticky.
