Hi there,

Just checking in with you to see how you are doing. How is the shoulder? I know you probably just need to be still for a while, but I just wanted to tell you that you are in my thoughts....

Love you,
Beka

Oh sweetheart....thank you. I am still in constant pain. Am being told there is a really long recuperation from this surgery since 3 different injuries were fixed (hopefully). Gets me down at times but i'm plugging ahead. I had PT on tuesday that was grueling so I really hurt yesterday, didn't feel well, down in the dumps. BUT today is another day. Not too bad this morning but I have PT later so I'll enjoy the couple of hours I have that aren't as painful as most. Thanks for caring. I love you too. Are you OK?

Dear Grasshopper:

It is good to know that you are feeling a bit better.

Your work on M.U.D.(mind utilization directive) therapy is to be commended.

(Alright, it's your mode of therapy but I tried to put a meaning to the letters) :)

TTFN my friend and God Bless.

morning fellow PTSD sufferers............I'm glad I came up with my own method of therapy. M.U.D. I ;m proud and so very happy that it helped to pull you out Ryan. seems you are feeling stronger and i love the fact that your wit is back as I'm used to it. Sid, I have my times when I can type but it stiffens my arm and makes the pain worse so I'm trying to keep it to the morning and a minimum. I miss out alks also. As long as we cross each others paths as we've been doing floating around here from one to the other we will eventually have a day of ours.;) I've had so much mud in my mouth in the past 53 years there;s no cleaning it up now.:jester:

Love you guys,
Grasshopper:p
