I have a pituatary tumor, prolactin secreting, I read the other day that a MMA fighter was deniend a license to fight in Calif becuase of a benign tumor on his pituatary gland. I found this interesting becuase after mine was confirmed with an MRI, I asked my Dr if I should refrain from contact as I used to train in kickboxing as a recreational activity. My Dr said I had nothing to worry about. Interesting also becuase I have heard of many older boxers who suffer from parkinsons....

any thoughts????

I have no clue. I have read that some of the cases of secondary hypo may be due to blows to the head causing pituitary damage. If I were you I would see a good neurologist to get his opinions.
