Inability to breathe through the nose can be caused.. by enlarged T&A's, engorged sinus membranes do to allergies, pollumps or sinus cysts, or deviated septum.. so it could be one of many things. You need to consult and ENT to be sure. If it is allergic in nature they will want you to be treated for allergies and will probably recommend a bilateral turboplasty.

Sincerely,
MG

If you can honestly say you have no allergies then it is enlarged T&A's, pollumps or sinus cysts, inhereted sinus defect, or deviated septum.. YES, you need to go and see an ENT. The ENT will be the one that can help you. If it is a cyst or pollumps you will want to have them remove endoscopically, because they will just keep growing.

Sincerely,
MG
