Hi ladies!
Is it a fact that CM dries up right before AF arrives? I believe I read that in "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" but I don't have a copy with me and I am not sure how the whole CM thing went.
If it is true that CM dries up before AF, how long before AF does it happen?
Thanks in advance for your help. :)

Nicky - your cm dries up after you ovulate. Some people notice an increase right before af arrives, but after af is over you should start to notice your cm pattern which for most goes from dry to slipper/wet around ovualation. I would suggest getting your hands on TCOYF and reveiwing the process. They even have pictures to help you better understand what different variations of each cm may look like.
Are you charting? This will also help you to become better aware of your personal cm pattern.
Good luck,
Belle

Hi belle!
I was charting, but since I'm travelling I decided to stop this month. I also have TCOYF, but left it home. Since it's also the first month kinda noticing the CM thing, I was wondering.
Thanks for the info. It helps. :)
