View Full Version : Anyone Here Take (Vasotec)

1. Aspir-low 81
2. Norvasc 5mg ( My sleeping pill LOL:dizzy: :dizzy:) (3 months now I'm On it)
3. Enalapril Maleate (Vasotec)10 mg
4. Water pill if Vasotec don't keep my bp low

On wedesday my bp spike 171/110 feel very lightheaded but still movable I call a cab and went to the ER they took some blood really didn't ask me any question just why I'm here today told them my bp spike way up and i don't know why so they put me a IV of Vasotec and with in 45mins it went down to 135/87 so I went home... but still a little lightheaded:dizzy: :dizzy: but not as bad as before..

The next day I went to my new doctor told her what happen so she took me off
Lisinopril-HCTZ20-25mg and put me on Vasotec pill you want to try it I said yes ..So far I'm still lightheaded I know That one of the side effect but how long it last... This being lightheaded it hard for me to work once I found a real job I don't want to fall out while I work... Thinking of getting help until I'm not lightheaded anymore what you people think.. and what test should I tell The doctor I should take to see if I'm 100 ok to rule anything out

I been doing things right

1. I became vegetarian (Been 1 week doing great feeling good)
2. I walk alot during the day
3. I sleep good 5 to 8 hours
4. I Take
Garlic:
Hawthorn 100mg
Vitamine E
Fish oil/Felx seed Oil
drink Celery juice 4 oz a day
and today because The doctor say it ok I going to start taking Coenzyme Q10 150 mg or lower if I an found it and tommorow I get my tredmill so i be on it for 1 or 2 hours a day but slow please don't just read this give me feed back if you have

Have you gotten some nutrional counseling regarding your vegetarian diet? The proper balance of nutrients in your diet is crucial for good health...a healthy vegetable diet requires some training---you might want to get the assistance of a dietician.
