from the base of my neck up into my r. head to ear be coming from my neck? I have DDD and broad based osteophyte complex at c6 and 7. The pain management doc says he wants to do facet injections and if that helps then we'll know thats the problem and then can do facet joint rhizotomy which can last for longer.

I've been getting treatment for tmj the last couple years and they are not helping.
