I posted this question/concern on the headache board, but I think I should just post here.
I have had a 2 yr. history of Uveitis/Pars Planitis. Started in left eye and is active and inactive in right. My vision is 20/70 OS and 20/40 OD, which is a good improvement w/glasses. For about 1 1/2 yrs., I have had depomedrol injections in eye and for most part pretty successful. Then when it stopped working my retina specialist and I decided to get crytherapy done. This reduced a lot of the edema, but still have a blur in center, lines, cobwebs, etc. My question is, because I have had some headaches, unrelated to pars planitis, I had an MRI done in August. Dr. said it was fine and they put me on Verapimil whichis a calcium channel blocker. This works ok. I'm concerned because on a claim form I received as well as on a bill for the same date as MRI, there was a pre-MRI diagnosis (of what he was looking for possibly that caused headaches) and a final diagnosis. It said I have hemangioma of the intracranial structures. I already know what this is, but he should've said something instead of NOTHING. Sorry so long, but if someone could throw a couple scenerios out as to what I should do, etc. or if you have had ANYTHING remotely close to what I have, please let me know.
THANKS,
