I saw a previous message on the old board re having vision like you are looking thru a microscope, and I have a few other questions...
Whether looking at a computer screen, daylight, closing eyes in the shower, closing eyes to go to sleep - the effect seems to be the same. Even though this is a regular occurance for me, I don't really think about it and it is only when the images are very vivid that it reminds me I should ask someone what's going on.
The issue is that I see random small black spots and transparent squiggly lines in my sight of vision. It is as if I can see the things that swim around in my eye fluid. Also, for some reason either when in the sun or in a hot shower and close my eyes, I see my pupil and the coloured area as a "negative image picture". Sort of like I'm looking at a picture and the inside of my eyelid is the background (hope this makes sense). The pupil part is always black and the normal colour portion (the donut) is either entirely glowing or just a part of it.
Anyhow, I've seen lots of threats on entopic vision etc however I don't get the "snow" effect which seems to be listed in all the definitions of this term I have looked up.
I've never had any vision problems, hence don't need corrective lenses.
Any ideas if this is related to entopic vision or something different?
thanks a bunch
Kathleen
