I too have hypothyroid was diagnosed in March and have just conceived on my 2nd cycle after my thyroid got back to normal.

Did you tell your dr you are TTC. Mine told me to wait until my tSh was normal before i could TTC. Make sure that your thyroid has stabiliesd coz deranged thyroid levels cause not only IF but m/c . Lack of thyroxine does not allow normal development of a foetus.

I think it is too early to have any symptoms a few days after ovulation.

Wishing you all the best. Here if you have any questions.

If you are pregnant you need to make sure you seek an OB right away and talk to them about you being hypo. Your TSH should be leveled out before gettting pregnant. Getting pregnant(PG)changes things in your body and it should be done before a pg.

If you are not pg please speak with dr. as to what he thinks first. He might want your tsh level back to normal before you do this.

Personally I have hyper(grave's disease) it is dangerous to have a bad tsh level and get pg. I know it is different for hypo's so I'm not sure but caution is always best.

Get yourself feeling better and up to speed before enbarking in getting pregnant. If you are not 100% healthy you can feel worse when pregnant . If you are in tip top shape before your pg things go smoother. Thus a happier you and happier mom.

Please note that if you get pg and have baby you need to make sure you keep up your appts for thyroid. you can have a relapse or go higher again. so be careful

I didn t mean to worry you in any way. It may be that your TSH wasn t as out of range as mine. Do you know your values?
If i were you i would discuss the issue with the dr.

Good luck
