I have some really bad, deep ingrown hairs. I saw the dermatologist and she said there's really nothing I can do except use my Salex prescription. I also exfoliate in the shower with gloves or a brush or some body product that exfoliates.

Nothing really seems to help and they get really painful and very unsightly. How am I supposed to wear a bathing suit or tank tops? I get them on my bikini area and underarms.

I can't afford laser so I get waxed and my doctor said that's the best method if you have ingrown hairs. I've also shaved with an electric razer so it doesn't cut close to the skin but nothing works!
