i bleach my hair and yes i know its bad for it, i want to tone it to make it a more natural blonde like a beautiful light champange instead of what it is now... nearly platinum with a yellow tinge. i was researching and i know what i need, a toner i heard a good one was goldwell 10 v and i found a dye for it but i have not a single clue if the dye if mixed different is the same as a toner or is it mixed the same or how do i mix this thing? do i use a 20 developer? anyone that knows anything about any toners i can order online would be great, i cant afford the salons (stupid mortgage!) and my town is so small that we dont have a beauty supply store :(
