Lush, hands down. I like the quality and the selection of scents better. That said, if I am near a mall with a Body Shop and there is a sale going on, I definitely purchase some items. 10 years ago, I was a total Body Shop addict; we all go through phases!

I heared a bad repitition about the body shop where it was judged for many skin problems its products did cause to women in the UK. I've heared too that its products contain extra amounts of formaldehyde which's very harmful for the hair & skin. Still not sure if that's right or not. But nothing of the body shop's products made a difference for me.

Lush has good soaps but their shampoos and conditioners can be pricey.
