I was hoping someone might be able to help shed a little light on what this report means and what my next option should be.

I had a three level cervical discogram.

Level C4-5 - 9/10 fully concordant pain, Disc architecture: fissured left
Level C5-6 - 9/10 non-concordant pain, Disc architecture: Normal
Level C6-7 - 10/10 Similar Pain, Disc architecture: fissured & protruded
CT was deffered. I was told they'd seen everything they needed to see from the disco films (whatever that means.)

My left arm pain and numbness has subsided somewhat since this test, but neck and shoulder blade pain is still consistent and severe.

I have seen two neurosurgeons since, both with differing opinions.
NS1 - recommended fusion of C6-7 to stop the pain.
NS2 - recommended I wait for FDA approval for artificial cervical disc and then reevaluate. He said fusion of one level would lead to future issues with another. He suggested pain management in mean time but I have no desire for more ESIs or narcotics.

Can anyone give any suggestions?

Thanks so much
