it depends on your eyes. My brother he plays computer 24/24 to play games , but his eyes still ok, he didn't wear glasses or anything. Just check it for yourselft, if u feel that u can't see very far, then u better go eyecheck
Hi. Many people as they work on computers for a very long time [many years] and many hours daily, do develop headaches from eye strain. We are not always aware that we do not blink often when we are staring at a computer screen. This can cause dryness and other problems. It is probably in your best interest to have your eyes checked. It's possible to have glasses for the time you are on the computer which may relieve your headaches. Headaches can also come from the position of the computer monitor, the way we hold our necks, etc. If our screen is too high, or our chairs are too low, etc. etc. I think I would have an eye exam as a first step to checking out your headaches. I hope you find relief quickly.

If you are getting headaches, it certainly could be from your eyes, though I'm no doctor. The only advice I can offer is that having your eyes checked CAN'T hurt, it can only help. As for the question about what made me decide to get my eyes checked, I couldn't see anything. So I figured it would be a good idea to have them checked. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif I hope everything works out for the best, and hopefully, the headaches are just a "phase."
