Rickysmom 06-27-2007, 05:42 PM Anyone know if it's ok to replace some water intake with crystal lite? I just have a hard time drinking a gallon of water a day. Rickysmom 06-27-2007, 05:47 PM I've also seen some posts here about drinking acidic juices to dissolve stones. Would lemonade be good for that? duzford 06-28-2007, 09:51 AM Lemonade would be good for that. There is also a product avaialbe in your local supermarket called True Lime and True Lemon. It is a good additive to water to give it a little oomph. (Though it does slightly carbonate the water.) duzford 06-28-2007, 09:56 AM Also be careful what flavor you use - like the ice tea may be a no no - if you are on a low oxolate diet.
