Hello all,
I would like to thank you and really show how much I appreciate all the support you show each other. I have been dealing with Infertility diagnostic tests, laprascopic surgery, one fresh cycle and various interrupted fresh and frozen cycles. I am getting ready to start yet another frozen cycle. I have felt soo isolated. The majority of women around me have new borns, or are pregnant. I often hear many women complain about being pregnant, and it's so hard for me to deal with the fact that I haven't been able to have any children. I often thought I was alone in this journey. Today was a bad day for me, I did not want to get out of bed, the lupron shots I take give me headaches, and I have been depressed for two days. However, while online today I decided to give the message boards a try. I'm very glad I did. I was happy to see how many women are online showing thier support to one another. This journey is a tough and sometimes a long journey, but having women who are on the same journey cheering you on and showing thier support makes it easier. Thank you, and I wish that just like you I'm able to show all of you my support.

Rosy, I'm sorry that you've had a bad couple days. Unfortunately all of us women on the board have been there and we can relate. Even though you are new here, I've read your few posts and I can tell already that you will make a great mom. I hope you don't have to wait too much longer for your dream to come true! Warm thoughts with you.

HI rosy!!!
I'm really glad you're here...... no no, (sorry my english isn't so good lately  ) I mean, I'm not happy about the IF. It's not easy, and you're right it can be long. But I'm really glad that you came to our board so we can help you in this journey, so you have someone to lean on the hards days, and even more people to celebrate with when you get your BFP!!! :bouncing: :D Whre are you on your cycle?

Hi Rosy, You have been through a lot in 2 years, I hope this heartache ends soon for you. I found this board in a backward way. First I got pg right away (2.5 yrs ago) and started posting on the pregnancy board here. Then found out it was ectopic, and thought we'd be able to conceive again quickly, so I was on the TTC board, then after a year, I admitted that I was not going to have it so easy and came over to the Infertility board, which unfortunately, now feels like home. I mean that in a supportive, wonderful way - not a dark, pessimistic way like I'll never get pg or something. This is a great board - beware, it can become addicting.

Anyway - I don't know how I could have survived this without the internet and all this great sisterhood & support - I keep trying to find very little things to be grateful for in this, and that certainly is one of them - The technology to do something about infertility and the internet for connecting all of us!!

Hi PrincessSweetNS,
Thanks for your words of encouragement and for the words of encouragment from the rest of the ladies. Currently I'm on Lupron injections. I'm scheduled for a baseline Ultrasound & labs. I'm scheduled to start estrogen, I'm going through the frozen cycle. Transfer is scheduled for the end of July.

:bouncing: Lovely! the end of July is not so far away! Only one month! What will you do to fill the time? Frozen and fresh cycel is osmething I hear a lot, but I don't understand what it means. Does frozen mean the embryo is frozen when they put inside of you? Would that not be cold? Or they thaw first? How do they do that without hurting the embaby? Sorry to sound like an interrogator, but I must not be undestnading something. Please explain??

Frozen cycle means that the embryos that were not transfered from the first cycle were frozen. Depending on the stage they were frozen. The embryos get thawed and any viable embryos get transfered, they may also be re-frozen.

Hi Rosy, I'm glad you've found this board, i'm sure it will help you so much. Sorry you're a bit low at the moment. It's so hard being surrounded by pg people, especially those who are complaining about it! As Princess said, there'll be lots of people here to celebrate your bfp with you WHEN you get it (not if). And hopefully it will be very very soon! Hope you find all the support you need here.
Best wishes,
Lizzie
